The breakfast buffet had a good selection. i found fresh fruits and hot dishes. the staff was attentive and the dining area felt inviting. the beach was well kept. It had plenty of sunbeds.
The hotel grounds seemed not maintained to the highest standard. the pool played heavy italian music that was quite loud. this music felt disruptive. i noticed chipped plastic cups at the bar. Some drinks leaked.

comfortable sunbeds red sea great balcony
the beach offered comfortable sun beds! access to the red sea, like an aquarium, required just a short stair descent. lifeguards like ibrahim were very helpful. a convenient beach bar provided easy access to drinks. our front sea view room included a great balcony. housekeeping, including ahmed and ali, kept our room clean and hygienic daily
the night staff demonstrated rudeness. i'd reconsider visiting this hotel due to this issue. the rooms looked aged. i think that they are not worth the money spent. i found the night staff displayed disrespect, including the golf cart rider and the gate door staff

good food nice staff room cleaning old bathroom insufficient lighting
the location was good the hotel had its own beach. the room was cleaned every day and i got fruit in my room. the food was very good and the staff were nice.
i found the bathroom to be old and not very hygienic. there was no warm water available. the room also lacked sufficient lighting.

Amazing Staff and Great Reef!
friendly staff vibrant colors
The staff was friendly and helpful . The hotel boasts an very nice coral reef. I counted at least twenty different types of fish. The reef's colors were vibrant making snorkeling a superb experience. I appreciate the pasta, it was prepared perfectly.
The hotel closed the pools early at 17:50. This meant there are no places to swim after 18:00. Pool hours should extend later. Until 19:00 or 20:00 would be better.

The room included air conditioning that worked great. The beds are very comfortable. A balcony with a seating area made relaxing easy. Housekeeping ensured the room stayed clean throughout my stay.

Reception staff was efficient and polite. Restaurant staff. Lifeguards were very attentive and focused on safety. The cleaning staff did a good job ensuring cleanliness.

Meals offered considerable variety. The oriental dishes tasted flavorful and authentic. I especially loved the barbecue options. The dessert chef prepared good desserts.

great stay, was superb!
picturesque ground great choice great massage close travel
the grounds are picturesque and lead down to the beach. the food was very good with so much choice. i booked some great massages in the spa next door, i would definitely recommend that. the hotel is in a great position with close travel to the docks.
the hotel is geared up for mostly italian guests.

the room included air conditioning and a safe. daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels. there were two bedside lamps in our standard partial sea view, providing adequate lighting, and the beds were really nice!!!

the staff were friendly and always ready to help. guest services are very helpful and friendly with any issues. reception was responsive to requests. lifeguards were always with a smile in their face.

the hotel's location is close to the beach and sea. it is also near travel to the docks, narma bay, and the airport. i found the area very quiet and peaceful, a great change from the noisy city.

excessive volume no entertainment
The view from my room overlooked the pool, quite acceptable.
I found that the entertainment in the small space was not good though the live music was a nice try. The volume was excessive, and conversation was impossible. I think there was no entertainment for young children either.
